The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have announced stringent conditions to be met by prospective candidates for the vacant Super Eagles' Technical Adviser post, according to aSportingLife report .
According to the report, the NFF has recently shortlisted three candidates for the process but two coaches had to be dropped because of their inability to speak English.
As a result, the NFF has stated that any interested candidates for the job must have a good grasp of the language, as speaking through an interpreter would not be permitted.
The prospecive candidates are also expected to live in the country, an issue which is believed to have been a major sticking point with Paul Le Guen who rejected the job last month.
Living in Nigeria, the NFF believes, will enable the tactician to train and re-train local coaches in the country, and also afford the candidate the opportunity to tour the nation in search of talents playing in the domestic league.
The report also states that any interested candidates must have an understanding of African football and especially group opponents of the Super Eagles in the World Cup qualifiers.
Nigeria have been without a substantive coach since Sunday Oliseh's resignation in February, with Salisu Yusuf taking charge of two friendlies against Mali and Luxembourg on an interim basis.
