Arsenal’s away kit will return to blue for next season. This will be the first time since the 2011-2012 season that blue will be our primary away kit. This is also the first time since Puma took over as kit manufacturer that we will have blue as our primary away having gone yellow, gold, yellow in the first three years of the deal.
This shirt mostly resembles the goalkeeping kit worn by Jens Lehmann in the 2004/05 season. It might also bring memories of our away kit worn during the 2003/04 season, but this new edition will feature a lighter shade of blue on the majority of the template. Add in a white cannon on the collar for a touch of class. The fade to dark blue hints at Arsenal in darker shorts and socks to match.
